Cloud Support Representative

Description

The Cloud Support Representative position is a designated product and services support specialist in the Customer Services organization. The key role of the Customer Services organization is to field Reseller product or services inquiries which include trouble reporting and issue isolation/identification and correction. Specifically, the role of the Cloud Support Representative is to provide first line customer support to external customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first responder Move-Add-Change Support in the Customer Support Center
  • Receive, analyze and address inquiries (Phone or Electronic) directed to the Cloud Support team.
  • Log and update customer interactions in Web-based Ticket System.
  • Expedite customer inquiries (Phone or Electronic) to the appropriate parties for escalation or resolution.
  • Gather all necessary information and complete trouble tickets as outlined in work instruction.
  • Communicate feedback back to internal and external customers as necessary.

Duties

  • Provide daily support to Cloud Customers via telephone/electronically as required.
  • Follow up on problem systems under the direction of management.
  • Any duties that may be prescribed by management from time to time.

Product Manager for eSIP PBX Series

The eSIP product line has been an exciting addition to ESI’s product portfolio. It has many more successes to come. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, apply and deploy fixes and new features in the product
  • Work closely with various departments, primarily
    • Engineering - prioritize issues and features, drive platform stability, coordinate software and hardware releases

Business Development Representative (Telemarketer)

Description

  • Ability to quickly gain an understanding of industry and products through company offered training programs
  • Become an expert on the ESI product line and be able to translate that knowledge to the customer through application identification and feature/benefit analysis

National Accounts Sales Representative

This position acts as the lead representative focused on developing national accounts within the US. The National Accounts Rep will be responsible for prospecting, face to face presentations, virtual demonstrations, demoing, selling, and nurturing the relationship thereafter. The goal is to sell and leverage ESI’s complete portfolio of Cloud services. This position requires an aggressive, persistent, professional, intelligent, self-motivated individual that is focused on helping potential national accounts create the best communication solution for their business.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a professional and comprehensive presentation of ESI’s portfolio of products
  • Understand the business requirements of prospective customers and develop a solution that fits those needs
  • Build and maintain a sales funnel of prospective national accounts within a CRM solution
  • Generate a sales funnel leveraging existing resellers accounts as well as self-sourced and referrals
  • Strategic and aggressive cold calling with the goal of having a deep sales funnel at all times
  • Average 75 cold calls per day

The SIP PBX Technician position is a designated product and services support specialist in the Customer Services organization.     • Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve customers issues related to ESI Services or Systems

    • Document and report any System Software or Hardware defect through appropriate channels.
    • Monitor and update esiAcademy Forum as assigned.

Duties

  • Provide high quality assistance to ESI dealers requiring assistance with ESI products and promoting customer satisfaction with ESI products and services.
  • Answer inbound calls and assist them with operational questions, system programming, as well as troubleshooting failures on ESI equipment.
  • Escalate potential problem sites to management as required for resolution
  • Generate advance replacement return authorizations (RAs), in accordance with established ESI Policies and Procedures, as needed for equipment hardware failures in the field.
  • Follow up daily with ESI customers on unresolved site issues.
  • Input all daily calls received into the database.

    • CPE Data Switch and router configuration

  • Improve ESI’s share of telecom spend from multi-vendor resellers
  • Increase quarter-over-quarter results from premium resellers in regards to CPE revenue, SIP trunks, and Cloud PBX seats 
  • Achieve the Region’s assigned sales objectives – improve revenue production year over year
  • Recruit new partners in targeted markets – take the lead with inside sales to ensure continual prospecting and lead generation is being completed. Have a continual pipeline of prospects.
  • Serve as face-to-face contact for premium reseller site visits
  • Interface with ESI partners to determine and secure ESI product sales commitments
  • Pre-plan sales call/agenda prior to every field visit
  • Set ESI sales volume level expectations with partners
