As with any successful business, a thriving community is built on collaboration, compassion, and support. This has been at the core of ESI's culture from the beginning. The First Scholars® program, launched by ESI's founder, supports first-generation college students, enhancing their ability to successfully graduate. Since its inception in 2008, the foundation has been dedicated to revolutionizing the landscape of higher education by catering to the unique needs of First-Generation college students.
*RiseFromAshesSupportMaui | Random Acts of Humach Foundation
Goal: To raise $100,000 for immediate and long-term rebuilding for the businesses and victims impacted by the August 8th Maui wildfires.
Mentoring young students is crucially important in supporting our community. So many children do not have the necessary resources for food, clothing, or school supplies. ESI knows that sometime, simply being there to listen can brighten a child's day! Our employees can participate in programs where can join a child for a monthly school lunch, in addition to joining them and their teachers in Christmas shopping for new, warm clothes.
We share in the belief that overall wellness begins with healthy food and financial education. Minnie's ultimate goal is to provide numerous programs that help families gain long-term food security and to break the generational curse of people (especially children) in low-income areas not having access to fresh fruits and vegetables.
